    ghosted lines

in this exercise you are supposed to draw the line from one point to the other. but its seems like you don't know about that or you cannot connect. but you should bring the line till the ending even though it's not straight

    rough perspective

i can't really tell what you did here. you have a vanishing point and you drew the boxes next you are supposed to trace that lines from the corners to see if it converges. but you didn't do that. idk whether u drew and rubbed or u didn't really do it.

I told you only the mistakes

    Next Steps:

do rough perspective again with the converging

    SUPER IMPOSED LINES

your lines are pretty good with little fraying on one side

    GHOSTED LINES

some lines are a little bit wobbly but its not that big of a deal and you did good

    GHOSTED PLANES

you made a mistake here. the diagnols are not bisecting each other. your centre lines and diagnols should intersect.only 2 planes have intersected and others are mostly way off

    TABLES OF ELLIPSES

you did good but most of the ellipse did not touch the edges please keep that in mind. i have pointed this out because you can practice this if you want. i will let you know this mistake.

    ELLIPSES IN PLANE

here. you cannot draw your ellipses properly because you diagnols in the plane did not intersect each other. this is why you cannot draw the ellipse well.

    FUNNELS

you did good. but your minor axis still need to be a bit in the centre, but its okay you will draw plenty of minor axis so keep this in mind.

    PLOTTED PERSPECTIVE

these are good. you did well

    ROUGH PERSPECTIVE

some of your boxes are a little wobbly on one side. i think you know this

    ROTATED BOXES

you are really good for the first time. atleast better than me :)

    ORGANIC PERSPECTIVE

you did good. i dont find any mistakes other than the little mistakes that ppl do in their first time.

    Next Steps:

i am marking this as complete. but your ellipses in planes still need improvement. note the mistakes and do not do them in future. move onto lesson 2 and have fun!!

ok I'm very impressed by your work! your lines are very crisp and you did really great. but where is the organic perspective exercise. i think you missed it. Please check that. you did everything else very well!

    Next Steps:

    organic perspective is missing

    Hello

I'll start by saying your line quality is very good, its crisp and sharp but i see maybe you are rushing a lot of exercises it looks like it

    LINES

    1. super imposed lines

you did good with little fraying

    1. ghosted lines

    this one is also good

    3.ghosted planes

you did well, the diagnols bisect each other.

    ELLIPSES

    1. table of ellipses

well, you made some mistakes. the ellipses are out of the box and some dont touch the edge but its not that big, its ok

    2.ellipses in planes

you drew the planes well but your ellipses are pretty much out of place.

    1. funnels

your funnels seems very very rushed.

the conclusion is that either you are not good at drawing ellipses or you rushed it. idk which one it is.

    BOXES

    1.plotted perspective

    you did good

    2.rough perspective

you did pretty well but you're boxes are off shape but its ok

    3.rotated boxes

    you did good

    4.organic perspective

here's where you got everything wrong. the boxes and meant to be above the lines, but you drew it everywhere other than the line. that's unnecessary. i think you did not understand the exercise well. Please rewatch the video and do it again.

    Next Steps:

    do organic perspective again

    Hello

i scrolled through your submission. you did pretty good.

but you missed a point in ellipses in planes exercise. The diagnols of the plane did not intersect eacch other in some planes because of that you cannot draw the ellipse good. it's ok its just a small mistake but please correct it. Other than that you are good to go!

    Next Steps:

    move onto 250 box challenge

PureRef

PureRef

This is another one of those things that aren't sold through Amazon, so I don't get a commission on it - but it's just too good to leave out. PureRef is a fantastic piece of software that is both Windows and Mac compatible. It's used for collecting reference and compiling them into a moodboard. You can move them around freely, have them automatically arranged, zoom in/out and even scale/flip/rotate images as you please. If needed, you can also add little text notes.

When starting on a project, I'll often open it up and start dragging reference images off the internet onto the board. When I'm done, I'll save out a '.pur' file, which embeds all the images. They can get pretty big, but are way more convenient than hauling around folders full of separate images.

Did I mention you can get it for free? The developer allows you to pay whatever amount you want for it. They recommend $5, but they'll allow you to take it for nothing. Really though, with software this versatile and polished, you really should throw them a few bucks if you pick it up. It's more than worth it.
