Hello Goodboy123, thank you very much for your helpful comments. This was a pretty hard experience for me so I'll keep in mind of your suggestions for the future studies.

    Hello, congrats on completing Lesson 1 this time. Here are my comments;

Superimposed lines are smooth, properly lined up at the start, and of a consistent trajectory.

The ghosted lines are confident but in some of them they tend to arc a little at the end. Usually, this means that it is likely you are decreasing speed to the end, in an effort to not stop short of, or overshoot it. It is expected to draw the lines to be confident, and straight, more than accurate. Meaning: try to keep a consistent speed throughout.

Ghosted planes are looking good and well executed. I think it is visible under the elipses, so not needed to repeat the ghosted planes pages.

The table of ellipses and elipses in planes exercises looks good. They’re smooth, rounded, and drawn through.

The plotted perspective exercise you seem to have gotten what it is wanted out of it, so it’s all good.

The rough perspective exercise is looking nice in targeting the vp but doing so it seems that you comprimised the lines. they seem a little wobbly. Maybe it is happening because you are more concerned with accuracy so you are slowing down to compensate. But I believe that it will become better with practice.

The rotated boxes exercise looking nice it’s big, the boxes are snug, and they rotate. But the back faces of the boxes are missing. These things are expected. This exercise is here to improve knowledge of boxes. It is a good start but can be improved in the future exercises.

The organic perspective exercise generally looks good about the perspective and boxes variety.

    Next Steps:

Nice job for finishing lesson 1 and best of luck on 250 boxes.

Ghosted planes are looking good and well executed.

The table of ellipses and ellipses are coming along pretty good. You are doing a good job drawing through your ellipses and focusing on consistent smooth ellipse shapes.

The plotted perspective exercise you seem to have gotten what it is wanted out of it, so it’s all good.

The rough perspective you are getting a mix of confident line work here with some wobble creeping back into some of the lines. Maybe it is happening because you are more concerned with accuracy so you are slowing down to compensate. Some of the perspective estimations are quite off but that will become better with practice.

The rotated boxes exercise looks really good. You have taken the time to add some line weight/hatching. It’s big, the boxes are snug, and they rotate.

The organic perspective exercise generally looks good about the perspective and boxes variety.

    Next Steps:

    Good luck on 250 boxes.

Hello, congrats on completing Lesson 1.

Superimposed lines are mostly smooth, and properly lined up at the start with a consistent trajectory.

The ghosted lines are confident but you don't need to tyr a second time. It is expected to draw the lines to be confident, and straight, more than accurate. Meaning: try to keep a consistent speed throughout.

Ghosted planes are looking good and well executed.

The table of ellipses try to stick to 2-3 rotations, if you can. Also, elipses in planes exercises looks good. They’re smooth, rounded, and properly drawn through.

The plotted perspective you seem to have gotten what it is wanted out of it, so it’s good.

The rough perspective exercises the convergences are mostly alright. Please keep in mind that, regardless of how it turns out, each line should be drawn only once. You might have experienced some difficulties in this exercise but of course it can be improved in the following lessons.

The rotated boxes exercise is a little small, it is recommended to draw a little bit bigger. The lineweight and the back faces of the boxes are missing, but these things are expected. This exercise is here to improve knowledge of boxes. It is a good start but can be improved in the future exercises.

The organic perspective exercise generally looks good about the perspective and boxes variety. The boxes seem to be quite seperate though a few overlaps would’ve pushed your drawing even further.

    Next Steps:

    Good luck in 250 boxes.

Hello, congrats on completing Lesson 1.

Superimposed linse are smooth, properly lined up at the start, and of a consistent trajectory.

The ghosted lines are confident, and straight.

The lines must be centered in the ghosted planes, maybe it could be better to first draw the corners and then draw the other lines as mentioned in the lesson 1 https://drawabox.com/lesson/1/ghostedplanes.

The table of ellipses and elipses in planes exercises looks good. They’re smooth, rounded, and properly drawn through.

The plotted perspective exercise you seem to have gotten what it is wanted out of it, so it’s all good.

The rotated boxes exercise looks really good. You have taken the time to add some lineweight/hatching. It’s big, the boxes are snug, and they rotate.

The organic perspective exercise in the first page there are some boxes with the same dimensions. They should be smaller when they are drawn away from the viewer. It generally looks good; you’ve been careful about the foreshortening of your boxes, and that has been essential in communicating their flow.

    Next Steps:

    Good luck on 250 boxes.

    Hello,

    I liked the first three pages and 5, 6, 7 and 9.

Page 4. Most of the elipses are good but some of them are not overlapped I think we are supposed to overlap more than 1 time when drawing.

Page 8. The boxes are nice, most of them really made it to perspective point, even though the lines coming out from the boxes are a little hard to see.

Finally, I think this lesson can be marked as complete. Keep up the good work.

    Next Steps:

Best of luck for 250 box challenge.

PABLITOARIAS, Thank you for your kind and helpfull comments, you are right about organic perspective. So, I checked the exercise and revised the drawing as below link. Hope they are acceptable as the lesson requires. https://imgur.com/a/upCQlXV

These are my favourite sketchbooks, hands down. Move aside Moleskine, you overpriced gimmick. These sketchbooks are made by entertainment industry professionals down in Los Angeles, with concept artists in mind. They have a wide variety of sketchbooks, such as toned sketchbooks that let you work both towards light and towards dark values, as well as books where every second sheet is a semitransparent vellum.
