Thank you! Quick question: "You're not extending every set of lines, please do so in the future or you're giving yourself incomplete information which the exercise less helpful." What do you mean? I think I made all the lines go twards the vanishing point. Do you mean I need to make the extension lines longer or that I need to have them stick out both ends (towards and away from the vanishing pont)
Thanks!
Apparently, there's a separate URL field above the description which I missed. Have ou filled that out? I didn't see it forever just kept messing w/ the URLs in the message field. XD
After a lot of trial and error I was able to figure it out. I either didn't see the separate URL field or thought it was the subject field, like you said. So it's a bit of a UX issue. I would suggest highlighting the field that is invalid or needs to be filled in to draw the user's attention to it.
I was able to submit my homework at the end. Thanks! Sorry for the confusion.
Awesome! Thank you for sharing.
Sounds good. I'll keep that in mind. Thanks.
Thank you so much! Sorry for the extra pages. I thought I had to do two plotted perspectives for some reason. And on the first ghosted lines one I realized that maybe I wasn't supposed to connect all the lines since the example didn't have them connected and re-did that. ????
Thank you for letting me turn in the old challenge. I'll see if I can find those pages. I'll be sure to find it and do 50 new boxes.
I'll scan the pages in at a higher resolution. I did it at 72 DPI, what do you guys usually prefer for resolution on homework?
When it comes to technical drawing, there's no one better than Scott Robertson. I regularly use this book as a reference when eyeballing my perspective just won't cut it anymore. Need to figure out exactly how to rotate an object in 3D space? How to project a shape in perspective? Look no further.
