Thank you very much for the feedback! As for drawing with the shoulder, I got a bit confused and unsure if I was doing it right. About halfway through the lesson, I tried various ways to activate my shoulder until I felt one that was just right, some of the wobbly lines are due to those "experiments".

As for the rotated boxes, I had already done them but forgot to scan them! I updated the album and posted my rotated boxes at the end.

Yeah, it can take a while to get used to using your shoulder and I can see that you are getting better at the lines so good job!

This is a pretty good first attempt at rotated boxes. They are nicely placed so you can use neighboring boxes to work out placement and your lines are looking much smoother, although it looks like you have rushed the hatching lines a little. They are well spaced and pretty parallel but they aren't as smooth as the rest. They should be ghosted like every other line. I like to think of them as extra practice. Every line you to take to do well is another line you are learning from.. You boxes aren't quite rotating enough and some of the backs aren't rotating as much as the front planes. Take another look at this part of the lesson https://drawabox.com/lesson/1/16/rotation. But I would say a really good go. Rotated boxes is really hard and no one is expected to get it right first try (I know I didn't and still don't). It is there to introduce you to concepts of using 3D space that you probably don't have the skill level to pull off just yet.

I think this is definitely good enough for you to move on to the 250 boxes. Don't forget to add all the exercises to your warm up selection and good luck!

Here we're getting into the subjective - Gerald Brom is one of my favourite artists (and a pretty fantastic novelist!). That said, if I recommended art books just for the beautiful images contained therein, my list of recommendations would be miles long.

The reason this book is close to my heart is because of its introduction, where Brom goes explains in detail just how he went from being an army brat to one of the most highly respected dark fantasy artists in the world today. I believe that one's work is flavoured by their life's experiences, and discovering the roots from which other artists hail can help give one perspective on their own beginnings, and perhaps their eventual destination as well.
