    Hello, im Natt. God job

I can see that you have worked hard to do this home work, i appriciate that. And down here is my feedback for you. I hope it will help

In the line section, over all, i can see that your lines look very smooth and confident, that's great.

But in the superimposed lines exercise, did you use the ruler to line the first line to guide the 8 other lines? I see that they are so unstable and messy and curvy in some way. The order of the superimposed lines exercise is to train your brain to be able to feel the smooth influence of the line and build up the confident inside of you, so don't ever underrated it if you did.

About your ellipses, they are looking very good, you have done a good job here! Your ellipses just getting better and better looking as you draw them. A little note about the ellipse in planes exercise is that you can add more little ellipses in those gap, do you see them? By doing that, you can train your arm to draw small ellipses.

Ellipses in your funnels sometimes look a little bit lean, you keep that in mind, train you arm to listen to your command, okay?

And the boxes of yours? They are great! You did very well in drawing boxes. Look at those smooth lines, you applied the ghosting method really well. You did the rotated boxed really good though it is the hardest exercise. I can see that you do understand the boxes, how they work in 3D space.

In the organic perspective exercise, i can see that you still use the ghosting method. Yeah, it's hard though, drawing short lines without touching your hand on the paper, i know. So keep trying to make it even better okay?

All in all, your homework was done well. I think you are worth it to go to the next destination.

    Congratulation!

    Good luck!

    Have fun!

And these are my personal suggestion to you. As you go further, you will be able to gain so much skill and experience. Then, please consider to give feedback to others who need it like you used to need. Of course if you like to. Thank you.

    Next Steps:

The next destination is 250 boxes challenge. See you there in the end of this journey. Bye ????

Hello, im Natt. and here is my feedback for you.

First thing, i think you have already know it - that you have made this homework digitaly.

Because of drawing digitaly, everthing you draw seems to be almost perfect. That can be a big disadvantage for you though.

Because your boxes look very perfect plus you didn't organize them in order from low number to go up, it can make me (or maybe even you) harder to figure it out how much you improvement is.

About mistakes, i don't see many mistake from your homework though, acording to the box challenge feedback guide. Or maybe just because of my lack of critique experience. But DO see that you are worth it to pass this challenge.

I would like you to recomment you to practice more in a traditional way and practice more advanced exercise like to cut boxes apart, twist them, try to learn how to manipulate them in forms that you like them to be. You will start to learn stuffs like that from now on, start with the next lesson.

I appriciate your hard working to do this exercise and to give feed back to others too. I really am.

    keep working, thank you

    Next Steps:

the next destination is lesson 2.

have a good time with drawing!

I dont know why but i saw that you did have some critique in those submittion and a few of agreement too. Why hadn't you have your badges yet?

You can draw ellipses on the new or old paper, it's up to you, it depends on do you want to redo a skill or not. But every picture is acquired.

Yes, you need to train yourself with plotted lines in the 250 boxes challenge. And you better read all instruction very closely before you do anything as well

Hello TBGRACY. First thing first i have to say that i really appreciate your hard working IN order to finnish lesson, keep going and grow further.

And downb here are my critiques for you

I have to say that you have very confident lines in the lines section, this advantage seems to keep supporting you in the ellipses section as well. Good job!

But there are still some thing that you would have done better

    • Obviously, there are 2 picture of these ghosted planes exercise that suppose to be hear but i have not be able to seen yet. You can not just combine them with the ellipse in planes exercise but i can for give that this time(i will remember your name).

    • In the boxes section, your lines look very rough and wobbly. I think you should be more focus about this in the next exercise. You should train yourself to make confident lines as soon and as easily as possible.

    • In the organic perspective exercise, I can see that you didn't plot the lines to use ghosting method before drawing.

And those are my critiques to you. I hope you will keep trying and go further in the future.

but by the way, here is my personal ask to you. when you have finnished this lesson, please consider to critique others in order to grow our comunity. Thank you so much!

    Next Steps:

Congratuation! the 250 boxes challenge is your next destination.

    HAVE FUN

I am so much thank you. I have to admit that i had being lazy and impatient at some point of the test.

I promise that i will fix that in the future to be better and better in latter exercises.

Thank you and wish you happiness.

Sakura Pigma Microns

A lot of my students use these. The last time I used them was when I was in high school, and at the time I felt that they dried out pretty quickly, though I may have simply been mishandling them. As with all pens, make sure you're capping them when they're not in use, and try not to apply too much pressure. You really only need to be touching the page, not mashing your pen into it.

In terms of line weight, the sizes are pretty weird. 08 corresponds to 0.5mm, which is what I recommend for the drawabox lessons, whereas 05 corresponds to 0.45mm, which is pretty close and can also be used.
