Good day! I finally finished the 2nd revision, I find it really hard to reach the 1 hour point, after 30 min I find myself staring at it because there is nothing else to add... maybe adding more details and texture could have helped me reach the 1 hour mark, alhough I wanted to keep it as clean as possible because ti makes it hard to understand the forms which is why i keep less details as possible.

for the twisted horns, I wasnt sure how to make a construction for it without adding the outline, and ended up adding a guide for it, causing for me to cut in instead of add forms.

here's my work! I wasn't able to do them consistently everyday due to family reasons. I don't seem to understand well what I'm doing wrong when it comes to head constructions, I apologize if there was no improvement on that part but I would appreciate the critique. I tried to make the animals bigger and it indeed did felt a lot more comfortable that way.

My apologies! I forgot to attach the organic forms with contour curves, also I have a question if you don't mind me asking, do you have any tips to how to keep remembering the forms? I tend to lose focus and autopilot which prevents me from realizing that I should be adding them as 3d forms. Thank you for the feedbacks! very much appreciated

Hello! Good day, I apologize for taking so long to do this, I had things to deal with.

Sorry, I might have cramped them in one page, I realized it too late when I made them. I also had difficulties with the line weight so I dropped them midway, because I thought it would be better if I focused on the boxes itself. I'm not entirely sure if I got it right this time but please let me know if I need to work on more boxes!

P.s. Thank you for the feedbacks!

    Here's my 15 boxes:

Wow! I am honestly surprised by how detail you went through it! I really appreciate it. I'll keep in mind the corrections you presented for me, I think I was confused of what happens when a cube is in front of a sphere, and I would get confused if the intersections would curve or not. Your points made it a lot clearer and I'm quite amazed by how well you did it! guilty, I unconsciously avoided difficult positions, I did try some but went horrible haha! but thank you for boosting my motivation to go forward!

Hello! Thank you for going through my lesson 1 and for the compliments, this gives me a lot of motivation to move forward! I'm glad to know that I did well!

The Art of Blizzard Entertainment

While I have a massive library of non-instructional art books I've collected over the years, there's only a handful that are actually important to me. This is one of them - so much so that I jammed my copy into my overstuffed backpack when flying back from my parents' house just so I could have it at my apartment. My back's been sore for a week.

The reason I hold this book in such high esteem is because of how it puts the relatively new field of game art into perspective, showing how concept art really just started off as crude sketches intended to communicate ideas to storytellers, designers and 3D modelers. How all of this focus on beautiful illustrations is really secondary to the core of a concept artist's job. A real eye-opener.
