Don't have much time right now so I'll give you my abridged thoughts. Any one else wants to come and give theirs is welcome to.

Arrows: Looks good. Experiment with foreshortening in the future: https://drawabox.com/lesson/2/4/step2

Organic forms: These are ok. They feel too stiff thought try more of a curve next time and make sure you're shifting the degree of the contours.

Textures: These are good. Always remember texture is about capturing the shadows that the forms make, not the forms themselves.

Form intersections: The forms themselves look fine but you did the intersecting lines wrong. Try rewatching the demo a few times to understand more.

Organic intersections: You stuck with doing a small amount in the easiest ways to draw them. They feel like they're floating. And not very 3d. Try drawing some that both sit in front and behind forms.

This is much better. You can feel the weight of the sausages. You did however, completely ignore cast shadows which is another important part of the sausages. Be sure to change the degree of the ellipses based on whether or not they are moving away from the viewer. I would like you to try 1 more time.

A lot of my students use these. The last time I used them was when I was in high school, and at the time I felt that they dried out pretty quickly, though I may have simply been mishandling them. As with all pens, make sure you're capping them when they're not in use, and try not to apply too much pressure. You really only need to be touching the page, not mashing your pen into it.

In terms of line weight, the sizes are pretty weird. 08 corresponds to 0.5mm, which is what I recommend for the drawabox lessons, whereas 05 corresponds to 0.45mm, which is pretty close and can also be used.
