Hey!
-
Superimposed lines. I think these are a fine start. The main thing i notice is that you have a bit of fraying on the starting point. Remember that the "source" should be even and appear to be a single "flawless" origin point. It is fine if it splits of frays midway or near the end(altough you want to work that out eventually) but you can easily keep it smooth at the start if you just take your time. Do it slowly. You are in no rush here. The worth of this exercise is in the steps you take to perfect it and not how good it becomes or how "fast" you can do it.
-
Ghosted lines. The main thing i notice here is that your lines wobble a lot. I think you should also include more short/medium length lines to give yourself an easier time practicing as well. There is a bit of arching as well but the main thing i think you should work on is to gain more confidence in your lines to eliminate the vobble.Remember confidence over accuracy. You want to ghost several times then confidently make pt the pen down and repeat the motion. This will guarante a more confident line even if it is not accurate. It takes time but keep practicing.
-
Your elipses are pretty good! Some of them are a bit wobbly/lack confidence or go outside the boundry and do not properly collide with each other but overall you did a good job! Some of them fit inside their ghosted planes pretty well as well. Altough the wobble is a bit more noticable there so work on it.
-
Your funnels are actually very good for a first try. Most of them fit inside the funnel rather well and aint to shabby either! Main thing i noticed is a few of the funnels are not divided 50/50 so try to make sure the line divides the funnel more evenly.
-
Plotted perspective looks solid. Not much to say about it. Good work! Maybe draw them a bit bigger.
-
Rough perspective. Pretty good! You got rather close to the VP and some of the boxes aint to bad. Bit of a wooble but i know you will work on it!
-
I dont know much about rotated boxes im afraid but it looks fine. They fit rather snuggly together and there is some motion to it.
-
Organic perspective looks good! I would say that you should push the size/perspective even more by making some boxes bigger though and other smaller. The boxes themselves look good(Even if that aint the focus here) but some of the drawings are a bit "stale" and could use a bigger difference betwen sizes to really push the sense of scale and distance.
Overall a good job! You seem to grasp most of the things l1 teaches you.
I would advice you to repeat the ghosted lines/superimposed lines to get some extra practice in keeping what i said in mind.
After that just make sure to do them when you warm up and you will improve in time.
Good luck!
Next Steps:
2 pages of ghosted lines.
2 pages of superimposed lines.
1 page of ghosted planes.
