hey beermo, everything ls looking pretty good on your work but there is only one problem i notice.some of the lines in the ghosted lines exersize is sometimes bending to the other side and not being stright. the best way to fix that is to imagine drawing the bend to the other side just like how Uncomfortable explans in this vid https://youtu.be/LkJG6pKTuRc?t=473 its a common mistake so dont sweat it.

other then that everything looks great and i dont see any big issues except maby construct your boxes in the rough perspective. you did good my man. contiune to the box challenge and kick some butt

Next Steps:

work on your lines with the thing i said above. go kick some butt in the 250 box challenge because it will help you improve

Thank you so much!! And thanks for paying attention to the ghosted lines, I would not have noticed if I did not take a closer look again :)

Hey I think you did a good job on all the exercises. The only thing that stood out to me the most was the amount of foreshortening some of your boxes had in the Organic Perspective exercises. https://drawabox.com/lesson/1/18/step5

Next Steps:

Check out the link to the lesson and check out https://drawabox.com/lesson/1/7/foreshortening as well.

Faber Castell PITT Artist Pens

Faber Castell PITT Artist Pens

Like the Staedtlers, these also come in a set of multiple weights - the ones we use are F. One useful thing in these sets however (if you can't find the pens individually) is that some of the sets come with a brush pen (the B size). These can be helpful in filling out big black areas.

Still, I'd recommend buying these in person if you can, at a proper art supply store. They'll generally let you buy them individually, and also test them out beforehand to weed out any duds.
