In general, I prefer students not to try and create worksheets for themselves. I've found in the past that the act of actually laying out the frames, horizons, tables, etc. across the various exercises helps take a student and put them in a more focused, purposeful frame of mind. Being able to jump right into a premade worksheet on the other hand skips this step, and can result in the student being less mindful of the marks they're drawing. Try not to think of these things as "just prep steps", and instead as a bridge that can take you from one frame of mind to another.
