    Hello!

I hope you and your loved ones are safe and well!

Sorry it's been a minute. I'm coming up on my two year learning-how-to-draw-iversary and thought it's about time I try to draw people so i've been back and forth between that and this. Can't tell you how much easier drawing from construction makes anatomical work.

    Hi Uncomfortable,

I hope you're doing well. I have pasted the link for the remedial work above. I tried to focus on defining forms, particularly on the face. I feel like I've improved quite a bit since starting which i think is a good thing lol.

Please let me know if you'd like anything changed/redone.

    Best,

    Haydn

Color and Light by James Gurney

Color and Light by James Gurney

Some of you may remember James Gurney's breathtaking work in the Dinotopia series. This is easily my favourite book on the topic of colour and light, and comes highly recommended by any artist worth their salt. While it speaks from the perspective of a traditional painter, the information in this book is invaluable for work in any medium.
