    Hey there :D

Extending lines in the wrong direction:

Haven't seen this mistake at all

    Divergences and parallel lines:

In the beginning you had such problem but as time went on and the boxes were drawn it just disappeared. You did a great job getting to more difficult angles very early.

    Hatching lines:

There is just one or two boxes which are hard to read. It is optional but, as far as I can tell, highly recommended.

    Lineweight:

It just would make the boxes more beautiful.

    Wobbly lines and repeating lines:

I didn't see wobbliness but repeating lines are the thing till the very end. I'm not sure how to get it better but I avoid this by moving my hand away from the sheet for a couple of seconds. It doesn't work every time though, but it's helping to not to repeat every single line.

    Similar orientations with boxes:

This is not about you at all :D

    Inner corner:

They are good from start and get even better to the finish line! Some of them may be a little off, but out of 250, it would be strange to look for those few.

    Next Steps:

In conclusion, I think you did a great job dealing with these boxes :D

You can certainly move on to the next lesson!

    Hey there :D

    Lines:

Superimposed lines are good and confident, with little fraying, yes, but it's at the end of really long lines, but not in the beginning of any.

Ghosted lines are just great too, as well as planes - clean and accurate with no wobblinnes.

    Ellipses:

Tables of ellipses are great, as well as ellipses in planes and funnels - even, smooth and fitting in the borders.

    Boxes:

Rough perspective has no instruction mistakes, just inaccuracies expected by the course.

"Rotated boxes", as you mentioned, is looking a little weird but despite that is done very good.

And organic perspective is done just great.

I think you did a great job and can get to the next level :D

    Next Steps:

250-box challenge is waiting for you

    Hey there :D

    Lines:

As I can tell, your lines are pretty confident and will get more accurate as you go.

    Ellipses:

Table of ellipses is mostly good! There're intersections of course but it's not very big problem as it will be a part of your warmups and become better. Ellipses in planes are very good - confident and accurate. Funnels are great too.

    Boxes:

Rough perspective is not so good. Front and back faces should be straight as their sides go parallel and perpendicular to the horizon, but some of them are tilted. And you didn't draw through some boxes which is a mistake too. But according to the convergence lines you were very accurate, as far as I can tell.

Rotated boxes are good, distance between boxes is even enough, you drew through your boxes and rotated them well.

Organic perspective is looking good, you shouldn't be very careful about it, because you'll have a lot of experience with box rotation in 250-box challenge. There is really not much to say about it - it's just a little peek at the next exercise.

    Next Steps:

I think you should make one more page of "Rough perspective" and follow the instructions very closely.

When finished, reply to this critique with your revisions.

PureRef

PureRef

This is another one of those things that aren't sold through Amazon, so I don't get a commission on it - but it's just too good to leave out. PureRef is a fantastic piece of software that is both Windows and Mac compatible. It's used for collecting reference and compiling them into a moodboard. You can move them around freely, have them automatically arranged, zoom in/out and even scale/flip/rotate images as you please. If needed, you can also add little text notes.

When starting on a project, I'll often open it up and start dragging reference images off the internet onto the board. When I'm done, I'll save out a '.pur' file, which embeds all the images. They can get pretty big, but are way more convenient than hauling around folders full of separate images.

Did I mention you can get it for free? The developer allows you to pay whatever amount you want for it. They recommend $5, but they'll allow you to take it for nothing. Really though, with software this versatile and polished, you really should throw them a few bucks if you pick it up. It's more than worth it.
