Thanks for the feedback!! Sorry for the weird numbering system I won't do it in the next lessons ????
Thanks for the feedback!! Sorry for the weird numbering system I won't do it in the next lessons ????
I see!! Thanks for the critique I'll use them in my next drawings!
Thank you a lot for the in-depth analysis and examples, they really opened my eyes to how to make the construction more 3D! I'll keep what you said in mind when I move on to Lesson 5 and when I construct insects and arachnids for my next warmups!
Underwater torpedo pirates?? With skull-helmet diving suits?! BRO THAT'S SO FREAKING AWESOME!! And that perspective SLAPS! Loved it!
Thank you so much for your analysis!! I'll read the instructions more carefully in the next lesson, make sure to revise it between the homeworks, and apply everything you said here that fits in Lesson 4 (like making the lines bolder, sticking to the lines I put first even if they're not that great, and other things)!
Thanks!! I'll keep those tips in mind while moving to the next lesson and while doing the new warmup exercises!
Thank you for the critique! I'll keep in mind those things as I continue with Lesson 2!
Thank you so much for your analysis! I'll look out for the points you mentioned I didn't do well while I'm doing the box challenge!
This recommendation is really just for those of you who've reached lesson 6 and onwards.
I haven't found the actual brand you buy to matter much, so you may want to shop around. This one is a "master" template, which will give you a broad range of ellipse degrees and sizes (this one ranges between 0.25 inches and 1.5 inches), and is a good place to start. You may end up finding that this range limits the kinds of ellipses you draw, forcing you to work within those bounds, but it may still be worth it as full sets of ellipse guides can run you quite a bit more, simply due to the sizes and degrees that need to be covered.
No matter which brand of ellipse guide you decide to pick up, make sure they have little markings for the minor axes.
