i forgot to label the first images , idk if it matters that much , but i hope it is easy to see
Hey there!
Line confidence:
In my opinion your lines are on point, in fact on two points! They are straight and I really liked them in the ghosted lines exercise :)
Ellipses:
They are great too, but remember to always make them twice! In the tables of ellipses you mostly made the movement only one time for each ellipse, but it was corrected in the ellipses in planes exercise!
Boxes:
They are wonderful (specially in the organic perspective exercise), but I recommend you to make only one mark per box edge, so plan out more!! The rotated boxes are really good by the way :)
Next Steps:
You can takke a lookk at the 250 Box Challenge :)
Okay, that's about the prettiest rotated box set I've seen, and your sense of perspective is pretty good on the rest!
The frayed lines look confident, but frayed at both ends. When you do them as warmups, you'll want to make sure and start at the same point on each pass. You'll want to practice both straight and curved lines.
Ellipses are tough. Definitely include them in warmups (you don't have to do a whole page worth--just 5 min worth). I agree to try to do the two passes. It feels a bit like the many passes are when you're trying to correct the ellipse.
I'd say move on to the 250 boxes, but just keep doing the exercises as warmups (especially ellipses and curved lines).
Thanks for the feedback , i apreciate it !
These are my favourite sketchbooks, hands down. Move aside Moleskine, you overpriced gimmick. These sketchbooks are made by entertainment industry professionals down in Los Angeles, with concept artists in mind. They have a wide variety of sketchbooks, such as toned sketchbooks that let you work both towards light and towards dark values, as well as books where every second sheet is a semitransparent vellum.
