I'm really confused right now. I did soo much worse than I imagined and would really appreciate it if somebody could give me some feedback. Thanks in advance!

This is a pretty good submission, but theres a few things I want to note

  • in your superimposed you need to focus on making your lines fray just a little less on your starting point

  • in your ellipses you need to loop 2-3 times, no more (as I'm seeing a lot of excess looping)

  • im also seeing some wobbling in your organic perspective. this wobbling is also present in your ellipses, where you try to correct the shape of the ellipse partway through drawing it. instead, focus on having smooth, evenly shaped ellipses aiming to hit the bounds but not minding if you don't fit within these perfectly.

  • Otherwise, outside of your organic perspective exercises being a little barren, this is a good job, well done!

Next Steps:

Feel free to move on to the 250 box challenge!

Thank you for the feedback, I really appreciate it!

I'll try to fix up my organic perspective boxes with the 250 boxes challenge and also work on making more confident lines.

These are my favourite sketchbooks, hands down. Move aside Moleskine, you overpriced gimmick. These sketchbooks are made by entertainment industry professionals down in Los Angeles, with concept artists in mind. They have a wide variety of sketchbooks, such as toned sketchbooks that let you work both towards light and towards dark values, as well as books where every second sheet is a semitransparent vellum.
