Hello there~

This is my first time giving feedback in the 250 challenge, but I still hope being helpful for you.

You extended your lines in the correct direction, that's good, some of them are quite small but it is still possible to see the followed direction.

I can see that even at the end you were having problems with the lines fraying, but you did improve. You might want to try changing the order in which you draw your lines, Elodin shared another order to draw the lines https://imgur.com/FGdtVwm.

Also, I saw that you did a note about keeping in mind the vanishing point so I'm not gonna repeat it (though I already did it).

You could have added more weight to the lines, I guess that you had some problems superimposing them, to avoid this I draw the main line and go over it three time without stop.

And the last thing that I would like to point is that I think you maybe repeated the same boxes, this is something that I realized after ending the challenge, the only thing that I changed most of the time was the height and width, but apart from the orientation was the same. Here is another link provided by Elodin to check different orientations https://imgur.com/Kqg6uMX

Congratulations you did well.

P.D. If there is something that is not clear or if you have questions feel free to ask. And I would be very grateful if you could check my homework too, pretty please.

Next Steps:

This is a difficult task but you went for it till the end, remember to keep practicing boxes because is going to be reaaaaally important in further lessons and go for the next lesson.

This community member feels the lesson should be marked as complete, and 2 others agree. The student has earned their completion badge for this lesson and should feel confident in moving onto the next lesson.

Staedtler Pigment Liners

Staedtler Pigment Liners

These are what I use when doing these exercises. They usually run somewhere in the middle of the price/quality range, and are often sold in sets of different line weights - remember that for the Drawabox lessons, we only really use the 0.5s, so try and find sets that sell only one size.

Alternatively, if at all possible, going to an art supply store and buying the pens in person is often better because they'll generally sell them individually and allow you to test them out before you buy (to weed out any duds).
