Hello and congrats on completing lesson one. I'll be taking a look at your submission today. Starting with your superimposed lines these are off to a good start. You are keeping a clearly defined starting point with minimal tapering except on longer lines and curves which is normal and will improve with practice. Your ghosted lines and planes are looking very nice. You are doing a great job using the ghosting method to get smooth confident linework with a good deal of accuracy.

Your table of ellipses are coming along well. You are doing a great job drawing through all of your ellipses and you are also focusing on getting a smooth consistent ellipse shape. This is carried over nicely into your ellipses in planes. One problem I'm seeing with your ellipses in planes though is that your ellipses should be touching tangent with your lines that are dividing your planes into halves and you are pretty far off in a lot of cases. While accuracy isn't your priority right now at least trying to touch those points is recommended so your ellipse has the proper anatomy. Your ellipses in funnels are looking pretty good although you are having some issues with your ellipses tilting off the minor axis a bit that you should be aware of. https://drawabox.com/lesson/1/13/notaligned Your ellipses are on the right track but there's plenty of room for improvement so keep practicing them during your warmups.

Your plotted perspective looks good nothing to mention here. Your rough perspective exercise is looking pretty decent. I'm see some issues with your line confidence here though. I'm seeing some occasional wobble which is likely happening because you aren't ghosting enough or you might be reverting to drawing from your wrist so that is something to keep an eye on. You are also starting to redraw lines a bit which isn't recommended. You are better off sticking with a slightly misdrawn line rather than adding more lines that just confuse the image. You did a good job extending the lines back on your boxes to check your work. Although some of your perspective estimations were a bit off that will get better with practice.

Your rotated box exercise turned out pretty well. Your line confidence here is really nice and you did a great job drawing through your boxes and keeping your gaps narrow and consistent. This is a hard exercise and you didn't quite nail your rotations which made those corner boxes much harder to visualize and it seems you gave up on them. This is a nice exercise to come back to after the 250 box challenge to see how much your spatial thinking has improved. Finally, your organic perspective looks pretty good. You are keeping up with the ghosting method and your line quality is getting better and better which is good to see. You are having some box construction issues here and there and you will be getting a lot of practice with this during the 250 box challenge.

This was a really good submission overall. You showed a nice amount of growth with your ellipses and line quality and I think you are doing a good job understanding most of the concepts these lessons are trying to convey. I'm going to mark this as complete and good luck with the 250 box challenge. Keep up the good work!
