Hi Digitalrefill. Welcome aboard, and congrats on finishing your first lesson. I'll break my critique down into the same three sections as the lesson itself.
Lines
Your linework across the first three exercises is fairly good. You consistently draw smooth, confident lines that show evidence of proper plotting and are even consistent at the ends. There are a few later on with a small amount of wobble or arcing, but it's clear that you understand the core principles of markmaking, so the best advice I can offer is to take your time finding a good angle and ghosting out your marks, even when you're feeling short on patience.
Ellipses
Your ellipses aren't up to quite the same quality as your lines, unfortunately. You are properly drawing through them each twice, which is good, but I'm seeing a bit more overlap than I would like on your tables. The real issue, though, is that your ellipses aren't as even as we'd like. The answer here is again more thorough ghosting so you can execute on your lines confidently when you put pen to page. One other good thing I noticed is that the ellipses in your funnels are all reasonably well aligned with the minor axis, and the angles of the ellipses change in a gradual and consistent way.
Boxes
Firstly, I'm seeing some issues you managed to avoid with your earlier lines, including wobble. I'm also seeing what look like repeated lines. I think both have come about as a result of trying to add thickness to lines (though I don't think it was always necessary) and trying to trace them carefully instead of ghosting them. On the other hand, you have followed the instructions; you've drawn through them and been careful to keep your boxes parallel and perpendicular to the horizon line, as well as making proper use of the line correction method. You've executed the Rotated Boxes well, save for the errors already mentioned, and one other oversight: you are missing quite a few boxes at the edges, namely the top and bottom two on each side. The rotations are challenging for these ones, but tackling them is the point.
Next Steps:
Even if they might stump you or you aren't entirely happy with the results, it's worth trying your hand at those last roations. That being the case, I'm going to ask you to finish and resubmit the Rotated Boxes.
