Let's start with the review...
The goods
There is a big improvement in the quality and execution of your boxes. If we compare your first page with your last page, we see some obvious evolution on this (I mark some of this points in this post: https://imgur.com/a/OfC6uom)
Your line weight looks nice and confident. No wobbly lines, accuracy is mostly kept, line is clear
There is an improvement with how you direct the lines of the boxes to the vanishing points. The accuracy is better
The issues
You repeat the same box too many times! (Look at this example of your boxes: https://imgur.com/a/ilfvG7f) You need variety in your boxes, because I can see that you repeat constantly the same box on each page. Play with the rotation, give them different proportions, change the distance between the vp and the box. All this things help us to create variety with our boxes. Here you have an example of the many existing rotations that a cube can have (https://imgur.com/Kqg6uMX)
I see that you struggle with the inner corner of your boxes, because the lines usually diverge with a very dramatic change of path. Maybe you are using the traditional way explained in the lessons, and that made you miscalculate tons of times. There are different ways to handle a box, and I reccomend you to go to the basic challenges channel of the discord channel. There you can check different methods of handling a box (for example I use the method that Scyllastew propose).
Aside from your inner corner, I can see that you struggle too reaching some accuracy to the correct vp with your lines. For example: https://imgur.com/a/sNePcl0. Obviously I won't ask you for a perfect convergence into a vp, there is a margin of error. I can suggest you, for example, to extend your lines (during the ghosting process, not in the execution) till the vanishing point. This somewhat works fine for me, and lets me be more accurate. And I think those are the most important things to point out. Overall, there is an improvement, but there are too many repeated boxes, so you need to work a bit more on this.
Next Steps:
Taking in account what I told you in the issues, I want you to do 25 more boxes. Play with directions and proportions, remember to check the rotations sheet and work from imagination after that. Extend your ghosting the closest to the vanishing point. When you are finished, come back with your revisions so I can check them

Regarding the revisions, I did try Scylla's method from box 8 to box 13, but I found the method to be time consuming and somehow more inaccurate, so at box 14 I switched back to the inner corner method I learned from the discord. I also experimented a bit with the arrow method from the Discord for 2pp boxes.

Ok, I think there is enough variety of boxes now. Some notes before you go to the next lesson:
Check the foreshortening of your boxes. This can help you creating diverse effects on the view of your boxes
Practice your boxes. Don't forget about them forever, try to keep them in mind, so you can still improve on your perspective
And that's much of time. Time to make some constructions

Like the Staedtlers, these also come in a set of multiple weights - the ones we use are F. One useful thing in these sets however (if you can't find the pens individually) is that some of the sets come with a brush pen (the B size). These can be helpful in filling out big black areas.
Still, I'd recommend buying these in person if you can, at a proper art supply store. They'll generally let you buy them individually, and also test them out beforehand to weed out any duds.
