I am struggling, especially with the big circles, but struggling is good, isn't it?
Having neck pain I got myself an angled drawing surface, I have yet to get used to it and I might have to break off the bottom ledge and replace it with something flatter, as I tend to clip it with my fingers when reaching the bottom of the page - but that is trivial and probably it's ergonomically good to be forced to change how one holds the pen every now and then.
For anyone whom it concerns, here is the drawing easel:
For the price it really is okay, and it did improve my posture, beware though, you only have three settings: flat, steep and even steeper - I just put a block of wood between the lower frame and the part that props the plane up to get it between flat and steep, but it's probably right as is once you get used to it.
(It's all a tradeoff between having your arm in a familiar position and having your back and neck upright.)
The only way to get anything better would be to pay double or triple that or to make one yourself, but we want to be draftsmen and not craftsmen, right? :D
