Hi. Good job on completing the lesson. I'll review your submission.
Arrows: Pretty good attempt. It would have been good if you'd compressed the space a little more like in this picture. Your lines have a little of wobble, but not so much that it affects the solidity too badly. You did a good job changing the width of the arrows as they travel trough space. I will point out, that you should put more care into your arrowheads. A sloppy arrowhead can affect the illusion of an arrow traveling trough space. Overall, pretty solid page of arrows.
Leaves: There are a few things I want to point out from your page of leaves. First of all, You need to be more carefull and intentional with your detail. For one of the leaves, the detail goes outside of the constructed leaf. Also, remember that you are drawing the cast shadows. Another thing I want to point out is that you didn't draw many leaves that twist and turn. It's important that you practice this, so when you do this excercise as warmup, draw some leaves that twist and turn.
Branches: This is also a pretty good page. I can see you missed quite a few times while connecting the branch. This excercise can be hard, so don't worry too much about it. What's important is that you understood how to do this excercise. Remember to keep using your whole arm, and keep ghosting your lines. Another thing you did well was aligning the ellipses to their minor axis. Keep doing excercises like Superimposed lines and Ghosted plane excercises to improve your lines and get better at this excercise.
Plant drawings: Your construction is looking pretty solid. I can tell you're understanding the demos pretty well. The first thing I want to point out is that sometimes it seems like you're scribbling randomly when drawing detail. Avoid this, look carefully at your reference, and slow down. For your first plant drawing, it seems like you were going to draw detail but stopped and just left it like that. The detail that you put on your leaves seem to have no purpose. Once again, slow down, be intentional with the marks that you're putting down, and keep looking back at reference. Other than that, your branches look pretty solid, and the majority of your leaves look good. For some of the leaves, it seems like the construction contradicts the intial flow line you put down.
Overall, this is pretty solid submission. I think you can move on to lesson 4. The main things I think you should work a little bit on is your leaves. Make sure you add the arrows excercise and the leaves excercise to your warmups. Also, remember to me more mindfull of how you draw detail.
Next Steps:
Move on to lesson 4
Add arrows and leaves to warmups.
