Good job. I think you're good to go. Your organic forms are better and so are your arrows. I will point out a couple things to consider so you can improve on these excercises when you do your warmups.

Work on your arrowheads. Make sure they don't break the flow. Imagine there's a third line flowing between the other two lines of the arrow. Use these to imagine where the tip of the arrowhead will be.

Work on the contour lines. Make sure they sell the illusion of being wrapped around the organic form.
