Congratulations, and good job on finishing lesson one!
Overall, you did a pretty good job on all assignments. A few points worth mentioning:
-
Your superimposed lines seem pretty good, no fraying on both ends, and your lines seem confident;
-
Same on ghosted lines, just a bit of arching, but most of time you did prety well on making the lines clear and confident. I found some a bit too light, seeming to be broken, but it is not a problem;
-
The tables of ellipses are also good, managed to hit the limits pretty well, and not much "wobbliness" on the lines. Accuracy will get better with time;
-
Great job on aligning the minor axis on funnels!
-
On rotated boxes, the ones on the horizontal and vertical axis extremes' don't look really rotated comapred to their neghbour ones. You still did pretty good on most of the exercise, as it is really hard.
-
On the organic perspective, some lines have been drawn more than once. Remeber to make a single, confident mark, even if it goes wrong!
Next Steps:
You should remember to keep doing these exercises as warmup before drawing! And proceed to the 250 box challenge!
Also, if you can, take some time to critique some of the community Lesson 1 homework, as it will help you (in better understanding the concepts you learned here) and the community!
