Lesson 1: Lines, Ellipses and Boxes

I definitely was struggling in the beginning but I think I'm starting to get the hang of everything! (Apologies for
Missing Pages
First off your missing a page of lesson 1, so before I can mark you as complete you need to submit them all. I'm not sure if you forgot it or not but the exercise your missing is rotated boxes, in the box homework.
Lines
They are generally good and they improve over the set, but at the end you have some wobbly lines (specifically in rough perspective). Remember that drawing confident lines is more important than drawing them accurately, so always focus on confidence over accuracy.
Also, you've repeated some lines (again in rough perspective). No matter how off a line is, you shouldn’t repeat it, you should keep the line as if it were correct and move on.
Ellipses
Good job on the ellipses too. However, some ellipses are a bit wobbly. Don't forget to prioritize confidence over accuracy on ellipses too.
Additionally, in most of your ellipses, you've drawn through them too many times. For Drawabox you should only be drawing through your ellipes 2-3 time. In the ghosted planes, and funnels, and table of ellipses you've drawn through the ellipse too man times.
Boxes
Rough perspective and organic perspective have a few perspective issues, but generally look good, and you'll be doing 250 boxes next which will really help with that, so no need to worry about that.
Next Steps:
Other than your missing rotated perspective everything looks pretty solid. Please submit your rotated perspectives homework and I can review your work again.
Like the Staedtlers, these also come in a set of multiple weights - the ones we use are F. One useful thing in these sets however (if you can't find the pens individually) is that some of the sets come with a brush pen (the B size). These can be helpful in filling out big black areas.
Still, I'd recommend buying these in person if you can, at a proper art supply store. They'll generally let you buy them individually, and also test them out beforehand to weed out any duds.
