Hey there, welcome to DaB!
Lines
Overall, the lines are quite well-done, though, it would've been preferred if you took photos of the ghosted planes before adding in the ellipses.
Confidence is solid and trajectory is pretty good as well. Keep at it and it to reinforce those and being able to stop at the point will eventually follow. I also recommend adding some longer lines for warmup just to make sure you're exercising that shoulder motion.
Ellipses
Again, good job on that line confidence.
For table of ellipses, it seems like you can keep the angle consistent for the most part, but it tends to change when you're running out of space, so keep that in mind when you're doing table warmups.
For funnels, good job on keeping them nice and tight, but some of them ellipses tend to have a gap between them at the middle of the funnel. You should also remember to align them with the minor axis. A few are a bit skewed so they aren't split into symmetrical halves.
Boxes
Here (after plotted perspective), I see quite a bit of lines being redrawn. Try to break that habit of redoing the lines as corrections.
For rough perspective, good job with the VP approximations. Some of the lines seemed wobblier though, compared to the lines homework. Take as much time as you need to properly ghost them to bring in those smooth lines you've already demonstrated. Vertical lines are a bit angled; remember that they need to be perpendicular to the horizon line.
For rotated boxes, well done! Good job keeping the boxes close to each other and having them rotate, even at the more extreme ones in the quadrants.
For organic perspective, you can reinforce parts of lines where boxes overlap, not the whole line. Line reinforcements other than that, we'd like to avoid.
Next Steps:
Strong start. Welcome to the box challenge club.
I've mentioned various things to keep in mind during your warm-ups, but also revisit the lesson if you have any doubts or if something feels fuzzy.

Thanks for kind words and really detailed feedback, im working on 250 boxes now.
Color and Light by James Gurney
Some of you may remember James Gurney's breathtaking work in the Dinotopia series. This is easily my favourite book on the topic of colour and light, and comes highly recommended by any artist worth their salt. While it speaks from the perspective of a traditional painter, the information in this book is invaluable for work in any medium.
