Just reply to this message with your pages in a new imgur album. In terms of drawing speed you want to be drawing fairly quickly but not so quickly that you have zero semblance of control. If you draw slowly you will end up thinking during your mark and it will probably be wobbly. Eventually you will develop enough hand dexterity to move at any speed you want but for now I would suggest being fairly quick so thinking can't really enter the picture. All of your thinking should be done in the ghosting stage beforehand.

So it does look you are improving for sure. Keep up with practicing the ghosting method as your accuracy will get better and better the more you do it and try make a habit of it. In terms of your cube constructions when you watch the video for the 250 box challenge it will give you some tips for that. Like I said I'm seeing improvements with your line quality particularly in your warmups so just keep at it. Eventually you'll develop more dexterity and control so the smaller motions will become easier. It really just takes practice and time. I'm going to mark this as complete and good luck with the 250 box challenge.

A lot of my students use these. The last time I used them was when I was in high school, and at the time I felt that they dried out pretty quickly, though I may have simply been mishandling them. As with all pens, make sure you're capping them when they're not in use, and try not to apply too much pressure. You really only need to be touching the page, not mashing your pen into it.

In terms of line weight, the sizes are pretty weird. 08 corresponds to 0.5mm, which is what I recommend for the drawabox lessons, whereas 05 corresponds to 0.45mm, which is pretty close and can also be used.
