Hi, Popl. Congrats for going through this challenge.

Overall your work here is very good, as you managed to keep a good perspective in most of the boxes.

One thing I notice is that sometimes you go over the same lines more than once in a way to increase the line weight. While this is somewhat encouraged to do, it should only be done on the silhouette of each box, while you also do it on the inner lines. This should also be done by going only once over the line and in a very subtle way, as shown here.

Also, don't go over the lines to correct them, as, in the end, the mistake will still be there. If you draw a misplaced line, accept the result and, with that in mind, do better on the next one.

Your line work does improve and you get further on the challenge and that's a good thing, but there is still room for improvement. Don't be afraid of replacing a dot if you notice the first one is incorrect.

Feel free to move to lesson 2.

Thanks for the feedback !

"Also, don't go over the lines to correct them, as, in the end, the mistake will still be there." : true wisdom and a common mistake of mine. I'll keep that in mind !

Pentel Pocket Brush Pen

Pentel Pocket Brush Pen

This is a remarkable little pen. Technically speaking, any brush pen of reasonable quality will do, but I'm especially fond of this one. It's incredibly difficult to draw with (especially at first) due to how much your stroke varies based on how much pressure you apply, and how you use it - but at the same time despite this frustration, it's also incredibly fun.

Moreover, due to the challenge of its use, it teaches you a lot about the nuances of one's stroke. These are the kinds of skills that one can carry over to standard felt tip pens, as well as to digital media. Really great for doodling and just enjoying yourself.
