Hello, Patreon charged me for my subscription since yesterday but I still do not receive my credits, I have checked the drawabox configuration and everything seems to be fine, do I have to wait a few days to receive it? because there could be a delay.
Delays are normal at the start of the month as Patreon processes all of the payments across its entire platform. Even once a user has been charged, it'll still take some time for that information to trickle down to where the Drawabox system has access to it, and is able to dispense credits.
That said, it looks like between your asking and now, your credits did come in.
