Hey Frankmasih, I'm sorry for taking so long to answer, this month I couldn't focus on the draw box lessons, however, I did the best I could of the warm-ups !!

I redid the exercises you told me, I know that there are many mistakes, mainly in construction, however, as the focus of lesson 1 is the lines and the confidence in them, I started to feel more comfortable with my own lines, with they certainly have a lot to improve, but I am feeling a little progress in the question of trait confidence.

Ps: There is a little space of time between the first 3 exercises and the last 2, in these I felt a little more confident.

thank you !!

Noice! That's improvement mate, good. The rotated boxes are rotating now, and lines of the boxes are better.

It's okay man, even I couldn't focus on lesson 3, but it's okay as long as you bring yourself back to it and finish it with all you got. Now go and conquer 250 boxes.

stay safe, god bless.

Next Steps:

250 box

The Art of Brom

The Art of Brom

Here we're getting into the subjective - Gerald Brom is one of my favourite artists (and a pretty fantastic novelist!). That said, if I recommended art books just for the beautiful images contained therein, my list of recommendations would be miles long.

The reason this book is close to my heart is because of its introduction, where Brom goes explains in detail just how he went from being an army brat to one of the most highly respected dark fantasy artists in the world today. I believe that one's work is flavoured by their life's experiences, and discovering the roots from which other artists hail can help give one perspective on their own beginnings, and perhaps their eventual destination as well.
