Hi Pluto!
I've seen your excercise and it's difficult to see clearly the boxes in some pages due to the lines of correction. Despite all of that, I realized that many of your boxes have something in common that might be causing you problems. That is in the three angles which form the corner that are the closest to the viewer. Each one of this angles are always going to be greater than 90º. I'm telling you this because I am following a rule which is explained here https://drawabox.com/lesson/1/17/step2 . Starting a box with this simple "Y" rule, and then adding the next steps, will make it easier for you.
I I've also had trouble with the enclosing of the boxes, it is completely normal, what i did was trying to find out with the ghosting method, putting a point and then adjust it by putting another one if i wasn't happy with the first one.
I hope I've helped.
Congratulations and keep on drawing!
Next Steps:
If I were you I would give a try at this simple excercise using the "Y" method and see how it goes.
