Imgur problem

Having trouble uploading my 250 Box Challenge photos on Imgur. Had no problems when I submitted 14 photos from Lesson 1.

Keep getting “ ! cannot parse response remove” in red. I’ve tried sending only 9 photos at a time, 15, and all 49 photos but keep getting same error message. I’ve updated and reinstalled the app also. I downloaded Google Drive app but it wasn’t as straightforward to use as Imgur the 2min I looked at it, but I don’t like how it displays the photos compared to Imgur. Any ideas on how to fix Imgur or is there another app I can use? Thx

Unfortunately we're not really in a position to provide technical support for Imgur, as there are a lot of variables at play that could be causing the issue that we simply can't be aware of. That said, if possible you might want to try on desktop using the imgur website. Alternatively, while Imgur certainly makes critiquing easier for us on our end, when it's not possible to use it students have used google drive, google photos, dropbox, etc. Any image hosting platform is generally going to be okay, although we certainly prefer those that allow us to browse through your work without clicking through each image one at a time.

Just a heads up - I glanced at your google drive link, and noticed that it's currently set to private, requiring the TA who will eventually critique your work to request access. If you can, going in and changing it to be publicly viewable now will help avoid extra steps for you and the TA.

Great, Thx for checking that out. I think I got it changed.

The Art of Blizzard Entertainment

While I have a massive library of non-instructional art books I've collected over the years, there's only a handful that are actually important to me. This is one of them - so much so that I jammed my copy into my overstuffed backpack when flying back from my parents' house just so I could have it at my apartment. My back's been sore for a week.

The reason I hold this book in such high esteem is because of how it puts the relatively new field of game art into perspective, showing how concept art really just started off as crude sketches intended to communicate ideas to storytellers, designers and 3D modelers. How all of this focus on beautiful illustrations is really secondary to the core of a concept artist's job. A real eye-opener.
