I would say most of these look okay, but it looks like you kind of copied the boxes over and over again on each page. I see that you varied them a bit more later on in the challenge which is good.

It seems like you haven't extended the lines properly for some of the boxes. Some are missing a set and in others one set is going in the wrong direction. The extended lines are a powerful tool for recognizing mistakes.

After the initial "Y"-shape you should extend lines towards only the vanishing points which the initial lines are heading towards.

I recommend that you watch/rewatch the video on drawing boxes: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jlJ6rwj3PKg&t=1222s&ab_channel=Uncomfortable and do a page or two of boxes following the guidelines from the video.

The perspective on the later boxes is mostly good, but you try using some more agressive perspective and have the lines converge sooner to be able to spot the mistakes you're making.

Next Steps:

1 or 2 pages of boxes (10 boxes max.) using more intense perspective while thinking about where the vanishing points actually are.

Ghosting your lines is very important in this excersise.

When finished, reply to this critique with your revisions.

To me it looks like you'll be fine with just doing some boxes as warmups before other exercises!

Most of the problems I see have something to do with the lines that are not converging very quickly. To me it seems like you often underestimate how quickly a any given line should be converging.

These kinds of mistakes will probably be ironed out with a little bit of mileage.

Next Steps:

Onwards to the next part of lesson 2!

Also, remember to keep drawing boxes as warmups to get in the mileage

These are what I use when doing these exercises. They usually run somewhere in the middle of the price/quality range, and are often sold in sets of different line weights - remember that for the Drawabox lessons, we only really use the 0.5s, so try and find sets that sell only one size.

Alternatively, if at all possible, going to an art supply store and buying the pens in person is often better because they'll generally sell them individually and allow you to test them out before you buy (to weed out any duds).
