Finally finished lesson 7!
Thanks for taking the time to do these critiques.

I often found that the larger I tried to make it, the more likely it was to be skewed in some manner, and I sometimes mentally zoom in to specific sections and get tunnel vision, misaligning them.
Thanks for the critiques, pretty amazing that you're doing these.

Thank you for your detailed feedback, the additional demos were very helpful too. I'll try to divert my focus more to capturing the key forms and proper construction.

I'm finding myself averse to drawing through ellipses and balls on this lesson, since it begins to feel very cluttered.
Snouts towards the viewer were especially difficult.

Lesson 4 (the order got messed up a bit when I uploaded)
I found the outlined shadows somewhat distracting sometimes, where I thought it would add a lot of clutter. At other times, they're still useful for showing height.
I tried to avoid over-using contours as per your latest feedback, which does help clean up the in-lays. Conveying form with texture details instead was much nicer, where possible.
Also, very hairy arthropods are really annoying to draw... I think I need to find a middle ground between too much detail and 'symbolizing' the hairs.

Finding suitable references is surprisingly frustrating.

My first few form intersections were a bit sparse, so I did some extra. They definitely required a lot of thought, and even then mistakes were made.

For the first 25 I did them as the rotated boxes exercise from lesson 1, as I'd skipped that (did lesson 1 in early December, submitted in January).
Thanks for taking your time to teach.

250 cylinder challenge
Thought I'd have a go at this before moving onto human figures, since you recommended it in the latest feedback to me.
