For me listening to music helps me overcoming the fear of starting a new page since my mind is more "busy" paying attention to the beat/lyrics than about my fear.

I definitely agree, although usually when I draw/need to concentrate I listen to something without lyrics, having to process the words is really distracting for me.

Oh, it's nice to hear the the Blender Guru is diversifying! I'm going to need to check that out. His videos on 3D modeling are fantastic, I'm excited to see where he goes from here
