I've never really been into vehicles much less drawing them, but I was surprised by how much I actually enjoyed this lesson. All the art stores around me had the same set of ellipse templates and I didn't really feel like ordering them on amazon and having to wait for shipping so I just used what I could get and in some cases had to free hand some of them or just use the closest template I had which didn't always match up 100%. Also I was wondering if you could give me some advice on what to do after this, I plan on going through Scott Robertson's How to Draw book, but what do you recommend I do? Sorry I took so long with this one, I went on vacation for 2 weeks halfway through the lesson and it took me a second to get back into it, I struggled a lot at first with this one as you can see in the first 4 images, 2 of which failed miserably (the soda can and the mirror). While on vacation I did a lot of drawing from life (mainly plants and cool rocks) but I also went back and practiced stuff from previous lessons aside from the 30 minute warm ups from Lessons 1 and 2 that you recommended to do every day, and I practiced a lot of boxes too which I think helped me when I came back from vacation as all the drawings after that feel stronger, not to say that they don't have problems because they do lol!

Here's my Lesson 5 homework, I struggled very hard with this lesson. This was by far the hardest lesson I've done so far but also the most fun! I apologize in advance for the terrible drawings you are about to see lol, I also included all my reference under every different animal.

This Lesson was so much fun! Each drawing I did took up a whole page but to save you the trouble of looking through 27 pages I grouped them up into 10 pages.

I see what you mean with the mushroom texture, I should have wrapped the lines around the form instead of making them straight. As always thank you for the feedback!

Thank you for your comments! I just started the form intersections and after having watched the video I better understand what you mean with the line weight, do you think it would be a good idea to repeat this challenge after I finish Lesson 2?
