Oh I see, well it's nice to see that it's in the back of your mind, I hope some day we could see something like that happening

Thanks for the review,

I had also an unrelated question that I had for a while, but have you considered having a live feedback stream for drawabox ? Something like 1 hour per week for Patreons for example

This would be hugely beneficial, being able to ask questions or to get some live feedback would be really useful.

I know we already have Discord, but that's not really the same of a live feedback...and it would feel a little less 'virtual'.

I'd be ready to increase my Patronage if that would help (for example create a new tier?)

Hi Uncomfortable,

Here is round 2, I hope it's a bit better: https://imgur.com/a/Ms3wjjt

I feel like I got a bit better at proportions, thanks for the review :)

Hi Uncomfortable,

Definitively not doing so well with that lesson: https://imgur.com/a/SyIiz4g

I have a lots of trouble with the "sausage" technique to construct animals, I simply cannot "see" them, specially with "big ball fury" animals like bears...

Bonny animals seems easier like horses....

*edit*

Just saw your private message, after posting this, so unfortunately this submission won't take into account your last comments (like drawing too small and being to vague, I'll keep it in mind for the next round)

Hi Uncomfortable,

Thanks for the review and the tips, could you also as well point me to one or two of my drawings that you think are particularly flat, I'd like to redraw them for practice, Cheers !

Hi Uncomfortable,

Here is my submission for lesson 4: https://imgur.com/gallery/viXUZTz

I'm not sure what to think of it...so I prefer to post now and have a feedback before digging too much in the wrong direction.

But overall It's still hard for me to "feel" theses sausages/ball in space...compared to cubes, the only thing that helped was to add a small 3D axis to have some bearings.

Thanks for reviewing my work

Thanks for the detailed review ! I completely forgot to think about gravity, that's true, that would have been helpful indeed to think about my flow lines....everything else is on point, I'll keep these in my mind.

Cheers !

Hi Uncomfortable,

I've finished lesson 3 here: https://imgur.com/gallery/wBCEBZ2

I've noticed that I tend to rush the branches, I don't like my branches, I still need to fight myself on this and slow down.

Some places I actually ruined stuff by applying too much contour line, so now I'm just scared to use it.

I'm still struggling to visualize really complex petal/leaves that curl around (like roses) and to "render" petal/leaves borders. I'm disappointed because my petal don't feel soft and curly :( I tried to add some texture but not really a success.

I thought cacti would be the easier, but actually there were the harder for me, always look horrible in the end.

But I definitively felt, that toward the end, I was starting to getting it compared to the beginning.

Thanks for reviewing my work,

Cheers

Hi Uncomfortable,

First off, sorry for my last homework, you are right, I procrastinated...you made me feel so ashamed !

Here is my second take, I hope it's better: https://imgur.com/gallery/d1jYr6G...

Hello Uncomfortable,

Lesson 2 is done: https://imgur.com/gallery/EYQUl8l

Intersections fried my brain, I think I spent more time thinking about them than actually drawing, hence I feel I didn't do as many as I could have done or really complicated one. It really took me ages to finish, and I think I almos burnt myself out on these. I'm really analytical person, so I got obsessed to try to really mathematically understand what's going on (I know that was not the point of the exercice, but I couldn't resist and I think I failed :p)

Texture were hard too, I got really easily overwhelmed by the details and it was hard for me to learn how to simplify...but I had some fun doing these, even when they turned out awful.

Thanks for the review !

Cheers,
