Perhaps rubber toy insects would be just separated from the real thing enough to not bother you? Just a thought. I hope it helps.

The only issue is that everything that video says falls firmly in the work category. So it doesn't count for the fun side of the 50% rule. Which is what OP asked for help with.

I suspect that is just a line meant to point toward the size label for the ellipse.
