Youre right. Fear of doing a crappy job still gets me a lot of the time! Thank you! Until next time :)

Okay I gave it a shot! Sometimes my brain could picture it and other times it was just like "Well the one box is on top of the other so you wouldn't see anything underneath because it's blocking it" and I couldn't get past that. Anyway, wow what a challenge to wrap my brain around.

Thank you! I sat and stared and stared at the intersections for so long but I couldnt keep the forms in my head and I could not for the life of me visualize any intersections. I wasnt afraid to screw it up but felt so lost! So I figured Id just submit and see if you had any pearls of wisdom rather than sit and stress about it some more. Anyway I will just put some lines down and see how it goes.

Those textures juuuust about did me in, and I spent so much time staring at those intersecting forms trying to picture in my mind how they would butt up against each other but I just could not for the life of me figure it out. Anyways, Thanks uncomfs!

Shall I move on to lesson 2? Or do a few more boxes with these things in mind?

Thank you. I made a specific effort to combat that exact problem toward the last 3rd of the boxes but I know I didnt always succeed. I did read those notes as you posted them on pretty much everyone elses critiques haha. Like I could get two of the three lines but the third one would be wonky and when I tried to fix that one it threw off another one. But yeah those back corners were the bane of my existence. Thank you for your time!

I can't believe I finished this! I realized I did too many "extreme" perspective boxes and tried to do the remaining boxes with more "subdued perspective", hopefully that's noticeable. I'm super nervous to post this - I feel like I didn't improve and really struggled and it was so much work, too. Ok. Here goes nothing.....

Realizing I'm doing this too! Definitely need to try and switch it up and create less foreshortened boxes. I must say - coming here and reading other peoples' critiques is a great resource as well!

Thank you for your quick feedback! Im enjoying the structure and clarity of your course - especially now that I know not to grind away until perfection. Onto the boxes I go!

Okay here is my lesson 1 homework. I am sorry - I am an old lady (35 is old, right?) and I'm not great at reddit or imgur - so please forgive me if I do this wrong. I tried rotating my sideways images on imgur but it didn't stick? I feel so old. Anyway, if it needs redoing, let me know and I'll try again. Just wanted to get this submitted! First time I did DAB I quit before the plotted perspective exercise because I was grinding at the superimposed lines and ellipses - somehow I missed the "don't grind" part. Ok I'm babbling. Thank you!
