Hi, here is my homework from lesson 4, it took me a while: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/1whqhbzx5a1vs3q/AAA3rAJ7L58Lckmo420dg1ZSa?dl=0
Thank you so much for your feedback on my previous homeworks, I find it very valuable, it really helps me to be more aware of areas where I can improve.

Hi, here is my homework with plant drawings. I am taking it slower now, drawing more between doing drawbox assignment and practicing lines, elypsis and boxes in between. I haven't improved much at drawing plants yet but at least my lines are getting a little more confident and straighter. It helped me a lot to switch to a larger paper size I try to draw more on A3 instead of A4 whenever I can.
I struggle with adding texture to plants, especially leaves. I know it was not the main purpose of this class but I don't really know what to draw it1 especially if the photo doesn't have much detail or there is not much contrast between light and dark areas. Also some leaves are quite smooth and I have no idea how to draw them using only pen. Which is why my homework includes quite a few attempts at drawing leaves.
Here are my drawings: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/a2z08mseybnj14p/AAA-_oTxOedjJ2x8JIsA6WvHa?dl=0
I would appreciate your feedback.

Thank you very much! I will try to implement your feedback in my future drawings. I hope it's okay to ask here: do you still recommend to draw from the shoulder when drawing detailed textures and cast shadows? I find it very difficult.

Hi,
Thank you so much for updating the course. I had a look at lesson 1 and challenges again and I find the way you explain cylinders very useful.
Here is my attempt at lesson 2. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/7qmmzj4k33b2hj4/AAATfz-NItUZR2aNB_WdKdraa?dl=0
I really struggle with drawing fabrics, any guidance on that any any other advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you so much for your feedback, it's very helpful. I do really struggle with large cylinders and it's something I am going to work on. Also, I haven't been using ghosting method for adding line weight, but I'll do it from now on. I will have a look at updated lesson 1 once It's added.

Thank you so much for your extensive critique (and not deleting it)! I have just updated to $10 trier.
I agree that I struggle with legs and applying your sausage method as well as drawing joints and I have a habit of putting down more lines than necessary, it's something I am really trying to work on.
Do we always have to work additively? I find it easier sometimes to draw a general direction/larger form first and then cut through it.
