Here's my lesson 2 submission: http://imgur.com/a/YQ2DV Form intersections were so hard, but I definitely want to keep practicing :)

This one was super challenging, but I really enjoyed it :D
I went through a few Staedtler pens too - I've taken to wrapping a rubber band on the end when they are drying out and producing poor lines. That way I can still try to use the last of their ink when filling in larger areas of black.

Hi Uncomfortable!
Here's my homework from lesson 1. Thanks so much for taking the time to critique.
Thanks too for all the lessons you've made available. I've found them really invaluable - I majored in art (graphic design but with foundational drawing classes) and the approach at my school was very focused on expressionism and pure observation rather than emphasizing constructive drawing technique. While I think those techniques are also invaluable, pursing constructive drawing has helped so many things make sense :)

Thank you! I realized on the organic forms with contours that I was treating the central spine type line as a guide to the forms' movement, but I wasn't thinking of it as the minor axis for all the ellipses. That makes so much sense :)
