Hi, i'm a noob (barely getting started) 3d artist looking to make some 3d animations but would like to learn some 2d gesture animations for smoother movements, i heard that 2d animations tend to be a lot more fluid because of their frame by frame gestures and as i was watching some animation process videos they tend to do some gesture drawings before anything else, so i was wondering if you guys could reccomend me some courses or books and other resources for me to learn gesture animations.

Thanks guys i'll be looking forward to your replies. Have a nice day!!

Try asking this over on /r/learnart or /r/learntodraw. This subreddit is reserved for those working through the lessons on drawabox.com, as explained here, which go over the core fundamentals of drawing and do not explore more advanced topics such as figure drawing, animation, etc.
