Hey all! I was recently diagnosed with ADHD and started medication for it. This has really changed my life and has gotten me back into my old passions of Writing and Art.
Unfortunately I've noticed that in my sketches I've struggled to get hands and faces to look, well, vaguely normal. So, I was hoping to see what exercises I could do that would help me get better at drawing hands or faces.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Try asking this over on /r/learnart. As explained here, this subreddit is reserved for those working through the lessons on drawabox.com. Those lessons focus on the core fundamentals of drawing and do not explore more complex topics such as figure drawing or portraiture.
