Hello you did quite well, also good job on self-critique on first few exercises.
The biggest mistakes I see are wrong shadows on arrows in some places and flat shadows in organic intersections:
For arrows try going over the top of the arrow to darken it first before drawing the shadows - that way you won't get confused which way arrow is going and darken wrong spots
For shadows - they should follow the form they fall on (curve along cross countour lines) to enchance 3D illusion
Still overall good job I think you're ready for lesson 3
