Hi Wejak! Congrats on making it up to lesson 5!
For yor line quality and confidence, I'd say stop being so attached to the outcome of your drawing because guess what? It doesn't matter. The point of this course and these exercises is to learn and get better at 3D space not to make a pretty drawing. When doing anything mistakes WILL happen that's inevitable. What you have to do is learn from those mistakes and move on. In fact, when you fail or make a mistake you usually learn more than if you did perfect. If you messed up a line, it doesn't matter just learn from it and move on with the drawing. Don't try to fix it by doing chicken scratch or trying to redo the line becasue in the end it just makes the drawing worse and you lose a big part of this course.
This video might help if you're struggling with what I think you are: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V8OD0_nbqoM
For your extra space in the page, don't worry too much about that. You could add some little studies if you wanted too, but the spacing isn't a big deal unless like the alot of the page is blank.
Now on to the critique!
Overall: Your lines seems very scratchy as you said in your post. Just ghost the line and then draw it and if it comes out bad don't worry.
Organic Intersections look good to me accept for what was stated above
Additional Forms: Your additional forms seem like 2D shapes on a 3D object. I struggled alot with this as well so here's something that helped me. Try to imagine having a cylinder (let's say it is a neck.) Now try to stick a sausage form onto the side of the cylinder. If you tried to just force in onto the cylinder it would just fall off again and again. Now try to conform the shape of the sausage to fit the cylinder (you would make the sausage wrap around the cylinder following the contours of the cylinder. Basically imagine dropping these forms on one another. Think of additional forms fitting in like a puzzle as well.
I'd say try to go on discord (if you can) and search up some stuff from Elodin about additional forms because they helped me alot. They get ALOT better at the end. Example of your improvement is that alligator's top additional form like good job on that one. There are just some additional forms in hard places that your messing up on.

Cross hatching: Done pretty messily and the back leg has no construction as well. I'm not sure if he said to have the back leg as a shape but I think you construct it.
Try to draw your drawings bigger because some areas like faces are hard to see sometimes.
Hyena 1's muzzle looks pretty weird (I think the boxy form got messed up.)
Well that's all I have to offer! Well done! Btw there might be some horrendous grammar and spelling errors here so just reply if you can't understand something.
Next Steps:
Now your next step would be continuing onto the 250 cylinder challenge while also (mostly as a warm-up) doing the line exercises. When doing fun draw try to put line confidence and quality into there as wel
