Hello rachaelgray1999, I'm JanaIsDrawing and today I will be reviewing your 250 Box Challenge submission. Congrats on finishing the boxes!

First let's look at the bigger picture. The linework is very good throughout the challenge, the lines are executed consistently and confidently, with little to no wobbling. The line extensions are done properly, all sides are extended in the proper direction, with the only minor note that the extensions are missing for box #114. The boxes are varied and you're keeping it to 5 boxes per page. In some days you've overworked yourself a bit, but considering the breaks you took inbetween I think your arm had the time to recover:D.

When it comes to box constructions and applying the Y method, it's not very visible that the corners were negotiated towards the better half of the challenge, which would likely suggest that you are not applying the methodology consistently or correctly. https://drawabox.com/lesson/1/22/ymethod

Now, let's look at the boxes in particular.

For the first 50, you are working with the vanishing points marked on the page and there's a clear effort by the number of dot clusters that you've taken your time to figure out how the lines would match up. Well done.

The next 50 boxes go into the territory of more gradual convergence, however not fully parallel. Around this time the corner negotiation also started missing entirely, which may be the cause of why many sets of lines tend to be parrallel, for example 76, 92, 95. This should be avoided as the specific set of circumstances that will enable these parallel lines is rare, as the steps mention that all of the box lines converge to something as mentioned here . There was also in increase of wobbling around here, so make sure to revisit Lesson 1's section on smoothness and practice ghosting.

For the last 150, the boxes with rapid convergence are generally well-executed, however you tended to do way more fo rapid convergence than gradual. In the cases of gradual convergence, the parallel sets of lines was reduced significantly, so that's a good sign.

Overall, you should create more gradual convergence boxes in your future warmups to give yourself the chance to address is the parallel sets of lines. Please reread the reminders and explanations on vanishing points and also try to negotiate your corners visibly in the future. Other than that, this looks complete to me. Well done.
