Students on the community feedback track can also acquire badges, but as noted at the bottom of the critique you received, the feedback needs to receive two agrees from other students to confirm that the feedback is valid.

Of course, the badges are just superficial, so you can still decide to continue forward with the feedback you've gotten but since the badges connect to lesson roles on our discord chat server it helps to have the extra layer of confirmation, so when people see students with those roles and ask them for advice they have more confidence that their assistance is reliable.
