there are multiple problems throughout your work the 1st being incompleteness.
you were supposed to do 2 filled pages for the super imposed exercise and you only did one. for the linework it appears to only be fraying from one end so thats fine
in your ghosted planes exercise the page seems to be empty and try doing a full page and avoid drawing closed figures like the triangle you drew. the exercise focuses on practicing ghoster lines in further exercises you will do shapes so try to do ghosted lines throughout the whole page and avoid shapes for now
you were supposed to do 2 pages of ghosted planes exercise and you did one. in the planes itself i don't see any major problems but you should do the required number of pages.
you were supposed to do 2 pages of tables of ellipses exercise and you did one. the main point of this exercise was to get the ellipses snugly in the box next to each other. your ellipses seem to be floating in the box and they are not touching each other either. you are supposed to go through you ellipses twice and you only went once which is why the sizes within one box are different. use your shoulder to create smooth lines
you did one page of ellipses in planes and you were supposed to do 2 pages. one more thing i noticed is that its supposed to be a filled page with plane and ellipses in them you only drew them in the middle of the page , they should be scattered throughout the page. you ellipses weren't touching the corners of the planes snugly.
in your funnel exercise you should do a FILLED page not just one funnel with ellipses in it. the ellipses should be touching each other and you should go through your ellipses twice with your pen to get a smoother ellipse and it will make your hand used to drawing ellipses for the next ellipses you draw.
for both plotted perspective you are supposed to do 2 pages , each consisting of 3 frames a total of 6 frames making up 2 pages and you only did one frame . the way you hatched the front facing plane is also wrong. hatching should be done by drawing parallel lines on the front facing plane
for the rough prespective you are supposed to do 3 frames on each page resulting in a total of 6 frames making up 2 pages. the line extensions seem to almost perfectly converge.
the rotated box exercise was done really nicely.but you should hatch the planes properly and dont scribble them draw parallel lines with equal spacing for hatching.
for the organic perspective you were supposed to do 3 frames per page and resulting in a total of 6 frames making up 2 pages. the boxes were rotating nicely. don't forget to use your shoulder
Next Steps:
1 FILLED page of super imposed line exercise
1 FILLED page of ghosted planes exercise
1 FILLED page of tables of ellipses exercise
1 FILLED page of ellipses in planes exercise
1 FILLED page of funnels exercise
2 pages of plotted perspective exercise consisting of 3 frames on one page and 2 frames on the other
2 pages of organic perspective exercise consisting of 3 frames on one page and 2 frames on the other
The Science of Deciding What You Should Draw
Right from when students hit the 50% rule early on in Lesson 0, they ask the same question - "What am I supposed to draw?"
It's not magic. We're made to think that when someone just whips off interesting things to draw, that they're gifted in a way that we are not. The problem isn't that we don't have ideas - it's that the ideas we have are so vague, they feel like nothing at all. In this course, we're going to look at how we can explore, pursue, and develop those fuzzy notions into something more concrete.
