Box Progress:
Started this a year ago after finishing lesson 1 (non-official)
-
1-22:
-
tried to draw a box as correctly as I can from the last homework in lesson 1
-
drew as many boxes as possible on one page instead of the 5-6 boxes
-
-
23-106
-
few month break of drawing
-
tried to draw as many boxes as possible again
-
tried to be consistent with the back lines to the front
-
made more straight-line boxes, not going to each respective vanishing point
-
-
107-149
-
Tried to have the boxes go toward the vp's, but still drew as much boxes as possible
-
Few month break in between
-
-
150-171
-
focused less on the back points and drew less boxes per page
-
tried to actually see where each vp line would go
-
-
172-250
-
Learned that the way I held my pen was wrong, I had a lot of tension in my hand and wrist, the first few boxes were trying to unlearn and provide less tension when using a pen during the challenge
-
Learning how to draw on a blank canvas and be okay with the turnout, learning how to post the drawings as well and enjoy the journey.
50/50: learning to actually draw for fun during the other 50% was something I had to learn and put effort into having fun with drawing, again enjoying the process.
Any and all feedback is appreciated!
