Greetings fellow Brawler!
I will be offering you a guiding hand! Hopefully, we can correct some mistakes (if you've made any). Let's have a look!
Lines
-
Superimposed Lines - First off, I can notice few lines that have a bit of fraying on the start, hopefully you took the time to put your pen on the starting dot. There's a bit of of fraying here and there, but you'll improve this over time by practice. It is nice to see that your long lines are relatively straight, good job.
-
Ghosted Lines - The lines look pretty confident, some of them are hitting the mark spot-on while others not so much. Instead of trying to nail the line, you can try lifting the pen as it hits the end point. However, this is something that gets better with practice as well.
-
Ghosted Planes - You're overshooting a bit here, otherwise your lines are smooth and confident, well done!
Ellipses
-
Tables of Ellipses - I think you're quite aware as well that your ellipses look a bit wobbly. Remember, that as with lines, try to do them with more confidence than trying to nail them perfectly. Your accuracy, as mentioned, improves over time. Otherwise, you're doing well for drawing over them and keeping them snugged together. I would advise you to incorporate ellipses into one of your warm-up exercises though.
-
Ellipses in Planes - Same here.
-
Funnels - Kept within bounds, good.
Boxes
-
Plotted Perspective - Nice.
-
Rough Perspective - First off, don't correct your lines. No matter how off they are, don't.While most of your lines are really nice (overlooking the overshooting), minority of them are having a small arch. Remember to use your shoulder. Otherwise, your boxes are pretty solid and are hitting the vanishing point quite steadily. Also worth to mention, I try building the dots for your lines smaller. Ideally, your line should swallow them both.
-
Rotated Boxes - For your first time, this is very well done! Great! Although you could have used some lineweight for faces of the boxes pointed towards the viewer to make them more noticeable.
-
Organic Perspective - Most of the boxes are done nicely in perspective.
Good luck Brawler!
Next Steps:
I recommend incorporating ellipses as one of your warm-up exercise. Next off, I advise tackling the 250 BOX CHALLENGE.
