Lines are pretty confident and accurate overall, good job! You do have a bit of wobble, so remember that you should always draw confident lines over accurate ones. Don't hesitate on sacrificing accuracy to get your lines more confident.
Another thing is you aren't plotting some lines on the ghosted planes. Don't forget to draw a starting and ending dot before drawing any line, it's p important for the ghosting method.
And last thing is you're repeating some lines. No matter how off a line is, don't repeat it, keep it as it is.
Ellipses are pretty good as well, only thing I want to point out is that you're drawing through them too many times. It's better to stick to 2 times only.
Boxes in general look pretty good as well. The issue you have is the same you did a few times in lines, you're repeating some lines that were wrong.
You can add lineweight on the parts of the silhouette of boxes that overlap on organic perspective, but do it only with a single superimposed line. Your boxes on organic perspective do have perspective issues, but don't worry as you'll work on it on the box challenge. Good job!
Next Steps:
First of all, congratulations on lesson 1! Your next step is the box challenge.
As I marked this as complete, you are now qualified to critique lesson 1 submissions.
-Doing critiques is a way of learning and solidifying concepts. I can atest to that after having done hundreds of critiques. There are a lot of concepts that I did not understand, and thanks to critiquing I started understanding them. Which made me learn a lot more through the course.
-Another thing is that as the number of current submissions is super high, if you critique some critiques, those would be less critiques I'd have to critique before reaching your next submissions, so you'd get your critiques faster.
It's totally optional of course, I won't force anyone to give critiques. But me and the other people who are critiquing would be super grateful if you gave it a shot.
Good luck on the box challenge, and keep up the good work!
NOTE: here's a quick guide on critiquing lesson 1 submissions.
There are a few people that feel hesitant to critique because they feel they aren't ready to it so hopefully it'll help you in case you are one of those people.
Pentel Pocket Brush Pen
This is a remarkable little pen. Technically speaking, any brush pen of reasonable quality will do, but I'm especially fond of this one. It's incredibly difficult to draw with (especially at first) due to how much your stroke varies based on how much pressure you apply, and how you use it - but at the same time despite this frustration, it's also incredibly fun.
Moreover, due to the challenge of its use, it teaches you a lot about the nuances of one's stroke. These are the kinds of skills that one can carry over to standard felt tip pens, as well as to digital media. Really great for doodling and just enjoying yourself.
